The homeowners were looking for a durable, low-maintenance solution that would blend timeless charm with modern functionality. We recommended and installed Trex Enhance Naturals decking in the Coastal Bluff finish—a stunning choice that delivers the warmth and texture of natural wood without the upkeep.
To frame the deck with clean, crisp lines, we used white AZEK fascia, complementing the Trex decking and adding a polished, finished look to the perimeter. The railings were upgraded to Trex Transcend white rails with sleek black balusters, striking the perfect balance between classic appeal and contemporary detail.
For added safety and evening ambiance, we integrated Trex post cap lights along the perimeter. The soft, subtle glow not only enhances visibility but also elevates the atmosphere for night-time gatherings and relaxation.
One of the standout features of this project is the custom-built staircases, each constructed to match the deck’s aesthetic and engineered for long-lasting strength. We completed the look with built-in riser lights, offering both functionality and a high-end finish that enhances the deck’s overall visual appeal.
